The SPRAYFiNGER® Advanced Artist Team (A-TEAM) features hand-selected, talented students who have experienced SPRAYFiNGER's advanced curriculum and have spent years honing their craft. These students navigate their journeys as youth artists and continue to learn and work within SPRAYFiNGER® (with Peyton Scott Russell), the Northeast Minneapolis graffiti arts community dedicated to elevating the art and culture of graffiti through educational programs and collaborations. SPRAYFiNGER® believes graffiti is an artistic act of disruption. Disruption of self-limitations, of creative boundaries, of the world around us. And that disruption sets us free. We find freedom in the flow of working with spray paint, in experimenting with color and line making, practicing the art of creative lettering, moving the aesthetics of graffiti into new mediums and contexts, and embracing continuous exploration.
